	Sandwich ELISA performed on whole lysate of LNCaP cells overexpressing HA-tag Bag1 protein. ELISA plate was coated with 50uL/well of chimeric human anti-HA- Tag antibody Clone RMH02 (1ug/mL) as the capture antibody.
